We are aware, nonetheless, that unanticipated events may force you to postpone your trip. As such, we have a contract that specifies the grounds for canceling your trip and the requirements for getting a reimbursement. We won't charge a cancellation fee if a consumer chooses to cancel their ticket within 24 hours of making their reservation. If the consumer cancels the ticket more than 24 hours after making the reservation, the refund will be contingent upon the airline's regulations.
